Booking: Terms & Conditions

1. General Policy

Welcome to Morjim Bay Resort, where we’re committed to providing you with a comfortable and memorable stay.
By making a reservation or staying at our resort, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Reservation Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details at the time of booking.
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.

3. Payment Policy

  • To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required.

  • The remaining balance must be settled at the time of check-in (unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation).

  • We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash.

  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Cancellation made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund of advance payment.

  • Cancellation made between 7–13 days before check-in: 50% of advance payment will be refunded.

  • Cancellation made within 7 days of check-in or no-show: No refund.

  • In case of early departure, the full stay amount will be charged.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same mode of payment.

5. Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

  • Valid government photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver’s License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

6. Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children below 5 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • Extra bed or mattress is available at an additional cost and must be requested in advance.
  • Maximum room occupancy rules apply as per room category.

7. Resort Rules & Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peace of the resort.

  • Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.

  • The resort reserves the right to deny stay or evict guests involved in illegal, abusive, or unsafe behavior without refund.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by management.

8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the resort premises unless specified under special arrangements.

9. Force Majeure

Morjim Bay Resort shall not be held liable for cancellations or service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

10. Privacy Policy

All guest information shared during the booking process is kept strictly confidential and used only for reservation and communication purposes, in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
